Ive Been seeing my dr.(Hafeez) for 10 yrs and ive never had a finer Dr. or personal friend. He is the only reason that I signed you Med. management agreement, that I feel violates my civil rights. for one, it was made clear that if I didnt sign??I would have to find another Dr.Im a 63yr. old man and not a druggy and being coersed into signing something like this really rubs me the wrong way. I feel very violated and I must tell you Im not the only one. Im even being told what drug store I have to use..This whol thing is wrong but I like Dr. Hafeez I will conply but let it be known that im not happy about this at all. I know there is problems with the young idiots abusing drugs but putting this humiliating burden on the disabled and seniors is very unfair..I will complain about this but for now I will comply....ty..
