Dear Katrina Spence.... I was referred to you by Attny Mullins... I am in need of a family divorce attny. I just had a final hearing date for my dicorce thru Judge Forbes on August 20, 2014.... My Ex husband Michael Folsom was not only granted the home but also the two minor children as well... There was also a G.A.L involved by the name of Cheryl Williamson. I was represented, but unfortunately she was fairly new and folded to the pressure put on by the three in the court room Forbes, Williamson and attny Norris. Now what we see here are three very well seasoned indviduals that know their stuff so to speak and not to mention some unhanded acts as well by the attny's.... What I need to know is are you capable of going up against these two attny's in a case? OR are you befriended them as well ? Please be honest and forward by all means. Thannk you for your time. Where do I even begin? How about their practice of gross overbilling .. Would you like an example? How about 3.5 hours or $700 to fill out a form letter that contains ERRORS? The work produced could not have taken more than 20 minutes with a ten minute coffee break. Maybe we can talk about their complete lack of zeal or professionalism. They had to be told about things in the divorce by one party that were completely overlooked and ignored. How about your lawyer telling you that you will need to do the research and give it to her if you have questions or concerns so that she can answer them. How about your lawyer telling you that your case isn’t important enough to her that she put any thought or time into your case. How about your lawyer making mistakes on court documents?
