I reserved tires on Friday and showed up on Monday morning as planned. I get there and they got my car right in. I then sat for 1 1/2 hours only for them to come out and tell me that they didn't have the tires I reserved. Their excuse was it was a bad morning. Really? Well, that makes it so much better that you wasted a total of 2 hours of my time. They acted as if me being there was an inconvenience. I called back later to try to talk to someone and they told me it was a bad morning and they had nothing more to say. I WENT THERE TO HAVE MY CAR LOOK AT AND THEY GAVE ME A EST. FOR $1,500.00 AND I TOOK IT TO SUPER LUBE IN VALPO AND GOT A SECOND EST. FOR THE SAME REPAIR AND IT WAS ONLY $745.00 WOW WAS I SHOCKED WHEN I SEEN THE DIFF FOR THE SAME PARTS AND SUPER LUBE DIDNT EVEN KNOW I HAD ANOTHER EST. THAT THEY WERE COMPETING WITH.. BAD LEVIN.... Prices way to high. They charge book time which means if the book says it takes 2hrs to change a part and the mechanic does it in 1hr he sits around or starts another job but is getting paid for 2hr. Oil changes to pricey and takes way to long. $37 for a oil change without a coupon. There are many repair places that charge by the hour for the job and only charge you for the time spent working on a car not what the book says. Dealers charge book time,so you might as well go to the dealer if you are getting charged same amount. USA in Valpo and Greens auto repair don't hammer you on labor rates. ...read more
