no call, no show, the highest crazy prices, i think they are too big for their britches, we hear the owner lives in a million dollar home. After seeing an add for furnace inspections I called Hoosier Heating and Cooling to make an appointment. The tech showed up, and started shining a light into my furnace. He discovered what he thought was a crack in my heat exchanger. He thought I'd need to replace my furnace and my AC. He said he'd have to cut a panel in the back of my furnace to be sure the HE was bad. I consulted another source, an engineer, who asured me my HE was fine. Sure seems to me like a scare tactic to get me to replace a system, disguised as an "inspection. Note: he did nothing else--not even checking the filters, and charged me 70 dollars! Maybe that is the norm for a furnace inspection, but it seemed a lot of green for a a solid bit of nothing! ...read more

I cannot say enough good about Paitson's. We were a casualty of the June flood. Trying to convince the outsourced insurance adjuster we had wind and rain damage to our roof was not working. Paitson sent out their professionals to inspect the roof and even said we had hail damage. Four months later we have a new roof with up to date improvements. Numerous times they have told me that the check is in the mail or their accountant stills needs to write it. It has been about 5 months and I am calling the BBB and the Attorney Generals office.
