I have spent thousands of dollars in this store over the last 7 years. I have furnished my enitre house with furniture from this place. 3 bedroom suits, 1 living room suit, and a very nice computer desk and hutch. I have also referred many of my family and friends there. Well, yesterday i stopped in to find a side table to put next to my couch. I walked around the store for about 20 minutes looking around and no one approached me to offer assistance. I finally walked up to the counter and asked for help on an item that i had found. It was a side table that was exactly what i was wanting. It was marked down to 125 and on clearance. I noticed the item had some scratches on it but i could deal with it and asked for an additional discount but was denied. I still intended on purchasing it. so, i said i would take it. The manager then refused to sell me the item saying it was on back order for 4 weeks. I said i would just take the one from the floor and again he denied me from purchasing it. after a heated arguement he never gave me a reason why i couldnt buy it, only thing he said was that it was company policy that i couldnt purchase the floor model. What i dont understand was that it was on clearance and i shouldnt have to wait 4 weeks to purchase something that was sitting right there in the store. I asked him to call his boss and he never did. He asked me if i would pay full price for it if he had one in the back and i said yes go get it. He said sorry we dont have any in stock. I asked him why he would even ask me that question and he said i dont know and i am done arguing with you. He never even got up out of his chair and offered to help me find something else or offered any other options. Needless to say i will never return to this store to purchase anything. They lost a pretty loyal longtime customer yesterday due to the incompetence of this store manager. All i wanted to do was purchase this piece of furniture in the store and be on my way. Now i am left with a very bad taste, and still dont have a side table. Disgusted! ...read more

Bought some living room furniture and during delivery the couch fell off the truck. While upset, I was sure they make it right. Not a chance. Just like the other review, they were rude and refuse to do anything to help. So I got new busted furniture from them that I dealt with for six month until I could shop for new again. I bought some furniture from Furniture Gallery that had Quaility issues within 6 months of purchase. The furniture began falling apart. Furniture Gallery gave me the run around for over 6 weeks, Service Manager was rude and cocky and they did nothing to resolve me problem. Won't buy there every again! ...read more
