I started calling this place, Aquatic Solutions (right!) in the middle of May to have them profile and treat my 1-1/2 acre pond for pond weed, parrot feather, and a heavy infestation of cat tails. After 2 phone calls from me, two weeks apart, they finally come out to profile my pond. After another two weeks and 2 phone calls from me, they finally tell me what plants I have (as if I did not already know). We scheduled a day for them to treat my pond ($1500). My husband and I took a vacation day for this. The owner showed up at 4:00 and said that he just found out from one of his staff that he was suppose to treat out pond. He could not do it at that time but said he would come back that next Wednesday. No show, again. It is now two weeks since the first promised time he was suppose to treat the pond and still nothing. I have in the past two weeks, left 4 phone messages for them. I have still NEVER received a return call. They said that with the $35 I paid them for the profile, that I would get a written profile with the suggested chemicals. I have nothing. This merchant installed a pond pump , it quit working within a year or two (if I remember right) he installed another one under warranty, it quit within a year, he came out to look at it, left me a note he was taking it to work on it at the store. A week or two later he left me another note that he had installed a new one. I received a bill for a new pump. I hadn't been asked if it was ok to order another, much less told it was going to cost $500.00, I didn't have $500.00 so I sent him a note saying that I would have to make payments. Didn't hear anything back but he started charging me 10% interest every month. I paid it off, and refused to pay interest. This pump has also quit working within a year. This time killing my koi. I told him after the 1st one I thought that it was recycling faster than it was refilling leaving too little water above the pump. He said I was wrong.
