Nothing went right with my service check up at this dealership. Nothing I asked to have fixed was done. I asked to have a tuneup, and the transmission done, and whatever else needed to be done at 100,000 miles. I also told them to not change the oil or the radiator as both had been done. They charged me over $700 never serviced my transmission even after having to leave it 3 more days because they did not do it the first time. 2 weeks later I drove vehicle to Michigan found huge oil leak, oil filter had intentionally been loosened up, and I was 2 quarts low on oil, I took it to neighborhood garage, where they told me, the low oil sensor was also unplugged and in their opinion my oil filter had been tampered with. They also told me my transmission that I had been guaranteed that it was serviced needed to be serviced, they had never done it even after complaining and be told it was done.
