Movie: Great! The Theatre: poor, delapidated, run-down, Dr. Hoffe refuses to make the front of the building appear even vaguely resemblent of a living downtown area. the facade is decaying daily; the lead-dipped paint chips fall on your head as you enter under the canopy; more than half of the lights are out; some busted and glass pieces on the sidewalk. He ruthlessly makes a profit off the lease and "doctor's" his patient's with an aversion to profits not realy genuine care/attention and he collects rent form countless other facilities of which none are maintainted.
