Does not return e-mails past the order and payment steps. Screens incoming calls, doesn't return phone messages. Customer service is non-existant. Best advice I can give you is to take your money elsewhere. ...read more

Derek Stiver of Performance Armour was contracted to make me a set of greaves, a set of bazubands and a set of gauntlets. I paid half up front and half when they were completed prior to delivery. The pieces delivered to me were unusable. They fit poorly and the edges were left unfinished, some still sharp. I returned them and was assured that my complaints would be addressed. It's now 3 years later and I have no armor and no money. Derek does not return phone calls or emails. I would recommend against ever doing business with this merchant in any capacity. ...read more
