just a note, when you tell a person that you have what they need in stock its just not on the shelf and you tell them to come back in 2days it will be on the shelf an in 3 days when you come back its still in the stock room.... YOU CANT SALE IT IF IT ISNT ON THE SHELF....p.s. Im Done Shopping Your Store , sold me a product an now i cant buy the supplys for that product cause its never in stock or never on the shelf wont be here long doing that kinda business ...read more

I currently have 3 good pairs of overalls purchased from your store,they all have broken snaps on the suspenders.I emailed the company they said the snaps were there to pick up. I went and asked for them.After much discussion I was told that you do have them but I would have to prove that I have them and that they were broke, I don`t live in Newcastle, she said I could buy them for more than $3 each,this distressed me greatly! I said I would`t buy anything there again,this 6 months or so ago,I went in there recently and saw you were still selling the same overalls with the same snaps. I endeavor to pass this information on to anyone who will listen or read, I think a store should stand behind it`s products regardless of where they made or how much they were sold for. ...read more
