The nurses are incompetent. I had to wait over a week to set up an appointment because there is only one nurse who was able to, and she was never there when I called. Every time I called, I was transferred 3-7 times, a was even transferred back to people I had already spoke to numerous times. I finally get an appointment two weeks away, it took two separate phone calls just for them to get my insurance information down right and then they call me 3 hours before my appointment to cancel. They said they didn't accept my insurance, when I called my insurance provider, I found out that they certainly did accept my plan. I waited 3 weeks to see someone, talked to a handful of nurses and employees who did not know what they were doing, all while I was diagnosed with a THREATENED MISCARRIAGE! They put my unborn child's life in danger by not giving me medical assistance and put me through so much stress that I did not need at that time. ...read more

I have been suffering from osteoporosis and chronic neck and back pain for many years. I have never been to a Chiropractor and decided I needed to try something new. I researched then net and found Dr. Rosenthal's office and saw he had a great deal he was running. Dr. Rosenthal went through a thorough examination and x-rays with me. I then went back the next day to figure out a treatment plan with him. He gave me my first adjustment and it felt great! I told him the following week that I did not feel any discomfort waking up for the first time in years! Thank you Dr. Rosenthal & staff! I would recommend Dr. Rosenthal to anyone. ...read more

Symptoms of Pain

How many of you are battling pain? This is a question that most individuals ask themselves everyday. Pain can be described in so many ways, but what are we doing about it? Most individuals will go to their primary physician, who will then prescribe you some form of medicine to mask the pain. Pain is a symptom of a condition, which most of us do not realize. This is why so many of us take pills everyday to numb the symptom, but our condition is still lingering. We have to think logically, so we can attack the condition, which will then relieve the pain.  Think of your spine as a circuit breaker in your home. If an outlet does not have power (pain), then we need to figure out which circuit (condition) needs to be fixed. If you have a disc bulge (condition), causing a compression of a nerve (pain), then we need to increase the disc space, allowing for relief of nerve compression and pain. This is a simple solution without having to take a pill everyday, which is doing nothing but masking the condition. I have to explain this simple analogy to my patients and new patients everyday. Once the patients realize that a pill has not fixed their condition, that's when they come see me. For everyone out there, please start taking control of your condition, so we can help relieve your pain.  ...read more

Chiropractic Care Helps Boost Immune Function

Chiropractic care can help boost the immune system to help fight off infections. When nerve flow is disrupted or interfered with, our body starts to shut down due to this improper flow. Spinal abnormalities can cause compression of our nerves resulting in disrupted nerve flow. A Chiropractor can manipulate the areas of the spine that is causing a blockage of flow which will help relieve any issue and increase immune response.  An immune response takes place, when the brain and the immune system "speaks to one another", which is crucial for proper equilibrium throughout the body. When the immune system is not functioning at 100% capacity, our body becomes shieldless from bacteria, viruses and other illnesses. A Chiropractic manipulation can go along way to help boost the immune system. A manipulation will help restore the balance of the nervous system and the flow of energy and information throughout the body. ...read more
