I went in to talk with the person who does the orders only to get harassed by a bald guy for 1 hour that had no idea what he was talking about. The bald guy could not keep the facts straight and had a hard time understanding simple sentences. The guy who does the ordering took 30 minutes on one customer, even though he knew I was waiting.
