The doctors are nice but always seem to be in a hurry and will try to rush you through without giving you time to ask questions. You really have to stay on top of the staff to get any issues attended to properly. Also, if you ask 3 different people the same question, you will often get three different answers, which is very frustrating. On the bright side, they aren't condescending to people on financial aid like a lot of clinics are. They treat you like a human being regardless of your walk of life. And the atmosphere is usually pretty upbeat. I would suggest that they implement a program that is more considerate of first-time moms, because they tend to automatically assume that you know the drill and like I said, try to hustle you through instead of allowing time for questions.
