I have a 150cc Chinese Scooter that is only a little over 1 year old, and the other day I came to an intersection and it just died. After removing the carburetor checking the idle jet, it still did not work. Later I discovered fuel in my vacuum lines. Does that mean the diaphram in my Fuel Port Valve has ruptured? That would make sense, given how suddenly it happened. I live right here in Madison on top of the hill and I can't find anyone who handles any Scooter parts or will work on them. HELP!
