My name is Sarah Hart, I am looking for a good but inexpensive attorney to represent my husband in his probation violation case, he is currently incarcerated in Benton county for his probation violation case. I found Michael in the phone book. After I talked with a few lawyers about the cost and the process for my husband to adopt my son (by a previous relationship), he was the only lawyer who explained the process and would charge a reasonable fee. He met with us 3-4 times and did not charge anymore than the originally quoted reasonable fee. We had the process done quickly. We also used him for a business related matter. Same story on the fee and work.He does not mess around and gets to business and gets aggressive only when needed. He is not a "smarmy, lawyer-type" person.
