Syc. docs are only available to their patients for a maximum of 10 min a day 1 on 1 therapy was available once a wk . I began to worry as the prescr. meds piled up & he fell apart. He was there for 13 days,. His meds & dosages changed everyday& everyday I spoke w him he was a different & more frightening man. The MD paid no mind to this or my boyfriends intention to hurt himself if he left. The MD discharged him with 9 mg of Ativan a day & a plethora of others drug press. n there he received NO ADDICTION treatment & lots of arts & crafts time. He doesnt remember checking out after 13 days or the 6 new psy meds. After a 12 day binge he was left back at home. The 270Sycamore Ativans were long gone & he was in the beginning of kidney failure.The MD at the ER said he was within days of death.5 days in Bloomington Hosp. saved my love ...read more
