Wabash Valley Refuse didnt provide unreliable service, they didnt provide service period!! I made approx 20 phone calls to the office, managers, and the salesman with no luck. I have had the dumpster for 5 months, meaning it should have been emptied 10 times, and its been emptied 4! this is after numerous phone calls and excuses on why it wasnt emptied. Then, they come and take the dumpster and replace it with the exact same dumpster that had holes in the bottom... so now i have to be picky on what i throw in it, and now i have possums getting in the bottom and pulling out trash!!! Unfreaking believable!! They sure know where to send the bill on a timely basis though! i recommend Waste Management to anyone considering Wabash Valley for their trash removal. ...read more
