You will want to avoid this company. The office manager is extremely rude and inappropriate. I asked a simple question and when she was unable to answer it, was unable to provide any other contact information for someone else to talk to. Bad business practices, and she was inappropriate in her response (Telling me the owner was deceased but I was welcome to try and "dig him up" if I wanted). Disgusting. ...read more

Prompt Cab is not a company I would recommend for many reasons. The cab driver got lost while driving us to our destination within Indianapolis. He allowed the meter to run the entire time he was lost and racked up our bill quite a bit. About $15 more than the fare was on the way to the venue. When my party and I did not have enough cash we offered him credit/debit instead. He became furious and called the police! Once the police arrived he revealed that he did in fact have credit card capabilities but that he preferred cash. The police were not amused with his ridiculous actions and luckily they told him to "stop playing games" and to allow us to pay with credit. Once the company was contacted concerning this issue, I felt blown off and disregarded. Save your time and money and choose a different cab company.
