I took a Charter Bus from Muncie, Indiana to Indianapolis, IN. The driver kept using so much profanity it was unreal. He kept saying "They gave me this f**king raggity bus. I couldn't get this motherf**king thing started." He refused to let me put my bags under the bus. He was so far from professional. It almost makes me want to walk to my next destination. Although contract states that the driver and bus are for the exclusive use of the client during the time of rental, driver allowed other people not in the party on the bus, allowed them to drink the client's adult beverages, and left the client's party to taxi other people. On top of all this, company says this kind of thing happens all the time and is "okay." No compensation was received from the breach of contract.
