I disaggree with this story. Something is not right. I found Cohran to be a great help to its owners of their homes. They have helped when I needed it , and I know others who feel the same. I've seen Cohron sell homes for their owners in no time flat. Cohron Moble Homes is good people and well liked. The lot rent went up $20.00, so is cost of everything else. Everyone had a three year warning of the increase. How people live is not any concern of Moble Home sales, however Cohron will evict continued problem residents , as I've seen.
