I have lived here for 6 years and plan on leaving very soon. The new management company (RHP) is extremely poor, the property manager says one thing and does another, they raise the rent every year almost $10. I worked for apartment complexes for almost 20 years and have never seen a worse management company, if the people they hire is any indication. Don't trust anything the manager says, it changes on a whim, they classify your rent as late if you don't get it in by 5 o'clock on the 5th, or when they leave on the 5th, they close early with no notice even on the 5th so you never know when your rent will be late if you can't get it in before the 5th. I have been harassed by a neighbor down the street who threatened me and my children when I was taking them to the bus stop, and when I was walking my dogs. People speed like the indy 500 through here and when I brought up putting in speed bumps the manager and Matt cohron bluntly told me no. They are over priced we received tax information that valued our home at $12,000 we payed 21,000 they are vultures who prey on poor people in bad financial situations and will gladly put you into a home you can't afford knowing they have your very large down payment. THEY NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TOO RUN LANTERN ESTATES WHILE THE OWNER IS GONE I AM MAD WE WAS TOLD WE WAS GOING TO GET A PLACE THERE TOLD WE WOULD BE MOVED IN THERE BY THE WEEKEND AND NOW WE ARE TOLD IT'S ADDITIONAL 2 MORE WEEKS THAT'S BS!
