The number they give you is false and they DONT CARE!! Very rude people. It took me a week and a half to get a hold of someone. The Best way to get in contact with someone is to call (317) 327-5741. Hit prompt number 3 and you will get a Clerk. Dont let them transfer you or give you another number because the number they give rings, but goes off to a busy signal. I had the same experience with the non-working phone number. I made a couple of calls to other offices and found the RIGHT NUMBER. It is: 317-327-7995.
