Replaced driver door with one from junkyard instead putting on a new one as they quoted. Door fits poorly and leaks. Broke the piece that holds the window, seat and mirror controls. Wouldn't fix it. Said it was already like that. When I picked up the car I said why is my hood cocked like that ? There was nothing being done to the hood. The guy said that's how it was when we got it. They had left an air sander under the hood and closed the hood on it. They didn't key the locks on the junkyard door either. Went back multiple times and they just couldn't seem to do anything right. Eventually I gave up. Stay away from this place . ...read more

Car towed here from accident where I was rear ended. Liberty Mutual was my insurer but requested that the company contact me with the estimate and approval for repairs. I called numerous times and they always said they would call me back with the appraisal but they never did. My insurance company is the only one that ever contacted me. My insurance company called me and mentioned the estimated repair costs but not what was actually being repaired or even information about the extent of the damage. I told them to tell the company to go ahead because I just wanted my car back. Hunker a Collision finally called me 5 hours later and said the car was fixed to come and pick it up. How did they do 31 billable hours of work in 5 hour? The deal is they started the work without giving any estimates to me the customer. They inflated the repair costs and just communicated with the insurance company. They don't care about the customer just want the insurance company to give then money. BEWARE! ...read more
