I just got back from the Meijer in Florence KY, and can't believe the way I was treated!I had my son's school clothes to take back. I walked up to Guest Service counter, and the worker seemed in a big hurry, I specifically told her that I do not have the card that the clothes were purchased on, and she said that's ok. I thought that I was just going to get a store credit, next time I'll know! After she put the money back on the card that I didn't want her to do, she said she couldn't change anything... I understand that, but the way she talked to me, made me feel like a piece of trash! I asked to talk to the manager, she brought out a guy by the name of Alex, he was worse! He looked at me like I was a big inconvenience, and talked down to me the whole time while I was trying to tell him what had happened. ...read more

We have gone every year for over 5 years with relative success. But this year will deffinately be the last. We brought a preschool group there this Friday and the experence was awful and the staff was unconcerned. The staff member at the petting zoo was rude and hostile to toddlers. And when asked if the buffalo being shown was a bull he laughed at the mom and said "no it's a buffalo!"\t\n\t\nThen they dropped one group of kids off at a different patch than the others and forgot about them. They were left stranded for over 30 min. A mom had to call on her cell phone to remind them and she was told to keep waiting. No one on staff seemed concern, no one appologized or even acknowledged the mistake. They seem way too busy to be concerned about customer service. I hve been a retgular customer at Johnny's for 10+ years. The quality of the produce is excellent, and all his employees are very knowledgeable so your questions get answered. If upi ttell them what day you want to serve the cantaloupe, they will find one which will be at its peak that day. Shopping there is a good experience! Prices are a little higher than at the supermarket, but you're getting extra high quality, plus knowledgeable guidance. ...read more
