The owner of this firm, Mr. Kyle Meeks, and hence the firm's policy, is completely inflexible related to refunding deposits. The firm views deposits as fixed revenue and is not willing to refund deposits for any life altering or schedule altering situation that may arise even if given significant prior notice so that a student's "seat" could be filled by another student.
