We have used JC Alarm Co. for over three years. We are very pleased with their monitoring system. They always quickly address problems that may arise, such as how to get rid of the trouble light on the key pad. We had fiber optic installed today, and there was an issue that arose, but was resolved within the hour. Their services are reasonably priced and they always try to solve expansion issues with as little cost as possible to their customers. We feel secure having them for our alarm company. the guy gets here and does not have a key grinder. quotes me $280.00 ($200 over the phone quote). When I refused his service he said, "I'll do it for 80 since I'm a day late and already here." He then continues to gripe the entire time about he isn't making any money even i showed him a $40 dollar tip on the check.So 2 hours later he left me with a broken lock and no way to check if the old key is non-functional cause he "lost it" I ended up having to buy new locks on the entire house. ...read more

The nicest young man came out to our house and was never pushy or rude. He told us what we needed then let us decide the best route for our family to get what we needed. He walked us through all of the steps an even came out when they were installing the alarm to make sure we were happy. Thank you.
