Save your money, use TurboTax. These people are the one of the most unprofessional ones that I have come across. These ppl are incompetent and they do not stand behind their work . They make mistakes and do not ever come anywhere near accepting it. They are just there to give a shoddy service and then forget about it. They will even tell you that you need to know all the details ; so we should be knowledgable enough to find their mistakes. Mehnaz is one of the rudest people I have talked to EVER !! All is good when they get your return for you, but when Tax authorities come knocking at your door with questions , Indy tax will disappear. STAY AWAY !!! ...read more

Beware of this company. when i gave all my details including credit card numbers. they charged me for $150 and keep bluffing that they did not when i show the proof of charge in credit card statement, they stopped responding. Mehanaz is tooo rude and unprofessional. Don't ever give your credit card details. I already filed a complaint with BBB, Will let you guys know the outcome.I am giving one star as these guys give you big no huge refund (off course, you prone to get audit for the same) ...read more
