Two weeks ago on Saturday my husband and I visited your dealership to look for an suv. We were greeted at the door by an older man who might have been Steve? He asked what we'd like to see and we told him. He went off to get a key I suppose. We waited and waited and he finally came out--didn't say a word to us--and went out on the lot. We were puzzled but followed him out. He just walked ahead of us. He lead us to a RAV4 which we looked at, sat in, and decided it was too small. We asked him about seeing a larger suv. He headed off to the building--without a word. We waited for a while and finally left. Never saw the guy again. He didn't want to sell us a car. He didn't want to go out on the lot. We were serious buyers and have since bought a Honda Pilot from another dealer. This guy is not doing your dealership any good. ...read more

I worked with Barry to purchase my new 2015 Mazda 3. I called ahead and told Barry what I was looking for and scheduled to come in to test drive the Mazda 3. It was a cold, winter day in Indianapolis. Barry had two cars warmed and ready to test drive when I pulled into the car lot.
