I have worked at Trinity Holistic Wellness for just under a year now, and it has definately changed my health for the better. I have learned so many lessons on the right choices to make for a healthier and happier me. I have lost 15 lbs in the last 3 months by simply following Dr. Carolyns advice on the best kinds of foods to eat for my body. I am also a person who was generally sick from October through March and always just dealt with it. However since I have been here and making sure my body has the proper support from immune boosters and whole food supplements I have felt healthy, happy and full of energy. I sleep better at night and have far less digestive issues. I have also seen this and a whole lot more for the countelss patients that Dr. Carolyn has helped with thyroid issues, fibromyalgia, weight loss, candida and so much more. ...read more

To get quick & good service now a days is hard to find. My blood results needed quick handeling;and sure enough your team followed thru! I'd like to personally thank the Phlebotomist-Margaret-at the New St.Joseph Hospital out patient drawing station ,Mishawaka Ind. ,for her assistance in the matter. Not only was she polite upon answering my questions, her phlebotomy skills are most impressive. Being monitored 3 x's mo.,at various drawing sites,I know a good phlebotomist when I see one. My results were faxed within two hours, Dr.notified me with instructions to keep me back on track (coumadin therapy). All happened because Margaret took action. So A+++ to SB Med Foundation. I have been going to the doctor's offices at the Georgetown Medical Plaza since I was a small child and have never once encountered any problems with the staff. My doctors have always been helpful and knowledgeable and have always done their best to answer any questions or fill my prescriptions for me, even a state away. While I know there are some doctors at the office who can come off as arrogant, I think that is true of any medical facility; it's kind of in the nature of the job. ...read more
