I took a gamble on Copper Chase since I was moving from out of state. After talking with the staff and seeing pictures online it seemed like a great choice. Everything is new and the apartments are very spacious.During the winter months I totally regret my decision. They never plow or salt! The roads have remained full of ice and snow since the start of December. Also another hazard are the kids that play in the middle of the street no matter what the temperature is. Dodging kids, snow and ice is not the kind of issues I want to deal with considering this is a more pricey apartment complex. I will not be returning when my 6 month lease is up! ...read more

The apartments are beautiful and new. But the management is inefficient and unprofessional. We spent two days in Greenwood Indiana looking for apartments since we currently lived in a different state (6 hours away) and will be moving to Indiana next month. We liked one of their apartments in a nice location and gave our application. We drove home and then we found out two days afterwards that it was not available anymore. We were upset and after talking about this with their staff, I got more upset than before. They were so so so defensive after I pointed out their inefficiency.
