If you care for your child at all you don't want to place your center. As a parent I was shocked to see teachers on their cell phones. I'm not paying for them to be on their cell phones. They should be watching the kids at all times. I'm also socked to see my child wasn't changed all morning when I picked him up around noon. ...read more
