Sold as "Genuine Leather" turns out to be bonded leather. Sofa cushion head rest cushion has white spots all over it and we are getting the run around. The 5 year warranty we bought is worthless. They find reasons they should not help you. Reckon you are supposed to levitate above the sofa, so no body parts come in contact with it, because if you sit on the sofa, you just created the problem with a complete lack of quality sofa! ...read more
