I ordered 6 dried spices from the company. All were listed as in-stock in the web page. I received no shipping notification on the day my order was supposed to ship, so checked the website and found my order status was on hold. They did not notify me about this. I wrote multiple emails asking for my order status but they never replied to any of them. A week later my order shipped and the quality of most of the products was very lacking. Worst was the dried mustard: devoid of flavor and having an off smell. I get the feeling these spices had been sitting on a shelf for years, but there was no date or expiration information on any of the containers. I recently placed my first order with this company. I ordered a number of dried vegetables. However, the package of dried corn was not whole kernels, it was mulch. I wrote them regarding this and told them how unhappy I was. Their respond was well we will refund your $12.xx. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I have not seen a refund. I wrote them again and suggested they send me another package and I would return the dried corn mulch. I have not heard a thing from them. So, I would advise anyone ordering from this large company to be leary of the quality of the product you will receive. As a consumer, I am tired of paying for a food product that is not up to par.
