I pawned a gold necklance at Goldman's. I paid on my loan every month. When I wen to pay off my loan, Goldman's could not find my merchandise. They offered to replace with an item of lesser quality. When I requested money so I could purchase a more comparable item I was told by Mr. Goldman that he was not going to do that.
