I CALLED BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. WHEN I ASKED JOSEPH WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE IF THEY TAKE ANTHEM. IN HIS BORED, HARRASED TONE OF VOIECE HE INFORMED ME HE WOULD TRANSFER ME TO PATIENT ACCOUNTS. I RECEIVED A VOICE MAIL. I THEN CALLED BACK AND ASKED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. NEELY. I FIGURED I COULD CHECK BACK ON THE INSURANCE. AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE FROM THIS GUY. WHAT I REALLY WANTED TO SAY WAS " AM I BOTHERING YOU" HE TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER VOICE RECORDING. I CALLED BACK TO ASK IF I WOULD EVER GET A LIVE PERSON. I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR AND IF THIS WAS THE CASE I DID NOT WANT TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. HE TOLD ME I WAS BEING RUDE AND I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL NEVER GO TO OR RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. SHE COULD BE GREAT. I'LL NEVER KNOW. ...read more
