Getting started

Annual Inspections
I was talking with a friend a couple of days ago about making sure that he has his annual termite inspection & he responded by saying do i really need to have that done each year? I was surprised by his answer because I thought that everone knew to have a termite inspection once a year. So for the record "It's very important to have an annual termite inspection". By having your home inspected once a year will help prevent damages that are caused from termites. The estamated damages per year are about 2.2 billion so that's why you should have an annual inspection. ...read more
