Made appointment in June for an August repair date. Pictures and detailed description of replacements to be ordered. NO RESPONSE after initial contact. We called back to check status around the first of August. I talked to a "new" service manager who had no knowledge of our appointment. We again sent pics and details of the repairs to be done. NO RESPONSE !! We called back again a few days before our scheduled appointment to confirm that we were still on for that date and wre told the "new" service manager we had talked to was no longer there and no parts had even been ordered! We also had been in contact with the manufacturer during all this ,so we filled them in about the problems and they helped to get parts expedited. Rescheduled for September 22nd. We did get better communication after that and were assured all parts but one were ready as of September 18th. We arrived promptly at 8 am and found out parts had not been picked up yet and no work order had been generated. I checked back at 11am to find my Rv sitting outside with no one working on it. I inquired why and was told some parts were there but others were not and were waiting for them. Upon my insisting they pulled my Rv in and started work with what parts they did have. Still no work order for the technician to refer to. Checked in again at 4pm ( because no one called with a status report) and found tech working. Talked with him about progress NOT GOOD!!! Out of 10 parts only 3 were correct and STILL no work order for the tech. Absolutely the worst (actually non existent) customer service ever!!! ...read more
