This ""STATE"" subsidized hospital obliges Lake County Indiana politicians and cops to SILENCE and DISCREDIT UNITED STATES CITIZENS BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO FREE SPEECH and FREEDOM of EXPRESSION. This ""STATE"" hospital accomodates police and politicians by use of DARK AGES SOVIET STYLE ""punitive psychiatry"" as is and WAS USED to DISCREDIT SOVIET CITIZENS IN THE FORMER and current SOVIET UNION ""PSIKHUSHKA"" STATE HOSPITALS UNDER JOSEPH STALIN IN 1939, and WHICH ARE STILL USED IN RUSSIA TODAY. This ""state"" facility and it's staff of ""quack"" doctors REFUSED to CONTACT MY REGULAR DOCTOR, THEY DIDN'T ACCESS MY MEDICAL HISTORY, and THEY PRESCRIBED INAPPROPRIATE BI-POLAR MEDS WHICH, IF TAKEN BY A PERSON WHO'S NOT BI-POLAR WOULD HAVE CAUSED A MULTITUDE of PERMANENT PHYSICAL and MENTAL ILLNESSES such as ""CONVULSIONS"", FITS, MEMORY LOSS, ""INSTANT OLD AGE"", DEPRESSION, BALDNESS, HEARING LOSS, ""TWICHES"", SOLEMNESS, CONFUSION, EVEN THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS of COMA, AND SUDDEN UNEXPECTED DEATH. This hospital's staff PRESCRIBED THE INAPPROPRIATE DOSASGE of BI-POLAR MEDS WITHOUT A ""CAREFUL EVALUATION"" of PATIENT BASED ONLY ON AN UNVERIFIED SERIES of WELL ORGANIZED LIES on a ""PERJURED"" FABRICATED COMPLAINT from A SENILE, PATHOLOGICAL COMPULSIVE CASINO GAMBLING ADDICTED MENTALLY ILL RELATIVE WHO HAD MADE A ""FAVORABLE"" DEAL WITH POLICE AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO LIE to OBTAIN ""IMMUNITY"" FOR HIS OWN CRIMINAL ACTIONS, to OBTAIN THIS FALSE SERIES OF NON-EXISTANT MENTAL ILLNESSES in A HEALTHY and SANE PERSON.
