As a small businessman myself, I like to keep my business local. But Cicero Pool and Spa has failed to deliver. After 6 weeks, they have walked off the job they have been paid for, and left My new Pool Cover wadded up in a pile, full of water and leaves, and other components lying in the grass, killing the grass.
