They started off friendly, but when it came down to actually helping the issue at hand they wouldn't do anything! It took getting nasty with them to actually take us seriously then, and when I say nasty I mean demanding help. Then they gave us the opposition to not be a patient or not talk to the spouse (the one that finally got them to do stuff because they weren't doing anything and the patient asked for the spouse to get help for them!). They even then had the nerve to ask to take the spouse off the contact list who is the only person the patient has for a contact! What if an emergency happened and they needed to speak... oh they wouldn't be able the because THEY were just mad they actually have to work and help their patients! They even went as far as calling the doctor that sent us to them and tried to them not to speak to the other spouse also. They have NO right to say who can know the patients information. I had a rhinoplasty 3 months ago with Dr. Winslow. I have ALWAYS hated my nose but was really nervous about letting someone cut open my face!
