Kroger

Me and my mom were banned from every Kroger in Bloomington, IN because we took a cart filled with my own stuff from the 528 S College Ave location and took it to the Wendy's parking lot to take my stuff out and eat inside Wendy's. When taking my stuff out of the cart 2 security guards came up and asked if me and my mom stole anything cause they had employees stating that they seen me and my mom putting things that were Kroger's stuff into bags and that they wanted to check the cart, my backpack and the stuff that were in the bags. So I pulled everything out and they didn't find anything so then they said that "Don't you know you're not supposed to take the cart out of the Kroger parking lot?" And I said, "No the Kroger parking lot is connected to Wendy's its all one parking lot." So then they take me and my mom's photos and said that we are not to trespass at any of the Kroger stores if we do they will call the police. So after all of that I contacted the manager, lost and prevention 1800 Krogers with no result. I guess this is what happens when your a loyal customer. ...read more

On 6th of Aug 2011, I went to Oriental International Market. I would like to buy a Tabaco. Because the Tabaco has price more two dollars than other groceries, I said “ wow it is more two dollars than other groceries”. The Owner in aggressive way pulled the Tabaco from my hand and through my card. I said, “ I want the Tabaco and I didn’t say I do not want it. Why did you take it from my hands? Don’t want to sell it to my.” He replied, “ go to other grocery.” While I was walking to leave, I said “ you don’t want to hear the customers opinion or know if they are satisfy or not.” Unfortunately, he came quickly to me and said, “ don’t say bad word here.” I said, “ I didn’t say a bad word against you”. He pushed me aggressively and shout to me “ get out from here” he said. His actions were rarely and try to push me to fight with him. I do not recommend this grocery.
