My son viewed a property on Henderson and was pressured to sign up right away and put down a hefty deposit. The company cashed his check right away and asked for parent co-signers. Once I saw how the lease favored the company I advised my son to decline and get his deposit back. The company refused, even after my son took the trouble to find a renter that can take over the lease, more than one month before the lease start date. The company is unprofessional at best, and mean spirited and will take advantage of in-experienced students and young adults. I advise that you stay away from them. ...read more
