The things I seen as an employee. The abuse I seen. The character of the staff was unreal. It was as though there where more employees that where either related, having sexual relations with each other or related to the administration. They hide the abuse and the wrong ways they did there jobs. If someone did abuse that was related to administration they hid it and still kept the person on the floor. If you where not related to a department head or administration or having sexual relations with someone in that area they tried to find away to get rid of you. They tried to cover up there wrongful ways to the families that actually came to visit there loved ones. Some loved ones seen a cover up. My Son Anthony Harris has been with Arcadia for 35 years and i have never had anything happen to my son up there he is happy and this is the only home he has ever known. He is loved by everyone up there. And now they want to come and take it away from him it's wrong. ...read more
