This bank was friendly before we transferred our checking to them. After that they never smiled unless we did. They debited our account without our knowledge or permission for our car payment when it wasn't 30 days late. We had planned to make a mortgage payement as it was more than 30 days late. But they claim they have the right to withdraw from your account without your permission. We have since moved our bank account somewhere else and will never bank there again. ...read more
