I joined ILoveKickboxing after seeing my husband's amazing results from being a member for just a few months. For the first time in my life I have an exercise program that I actually enjoy and am committed to going to 3 to 4 times a week. I have never been a person who enjoys any form of physical exercise at ALL. After joining not only do I feel physically better than I have in a long time, but mentally and emotionally as well. For the first time in 10 years we are both getting healthy together. Kickboxing motivated him even where the Marine Corp could not. For us the instructors have become family, kickboxing has become a lifestyle.

ILKB provides a unique, full body, one-hour workout. The instructors are extremely motivational, encouraging, and supportive. Each instructor has his/her own teaching style making every class unique and a ton of fun! The classes are high energy and the studio is extremely clean!

Since joining ILKB, I have had more energy and overall feel better physically and mentally. I find myself planning out my week to see how many sessions I can fit into my schedule. I never regret going to a class but certainly regret skipping. It provides me with one hour to focus on myself.

Ever since I've started I love kickboxing it has helped change my lifestyle. It's a great way to exercise and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I've gained so much more confidence and strength so far and it's a great stress reliever. I look forward to each class and am so happy that I gave it a try!
