Ilovekickboxing
I literally love kickboxing!!! The environment is fun and motivating. Every class is sweat pumping and the staff are there to keep you going and cheer you on through out the workout. The facility is always clean and up to date. I started a 6 week challenge and definitely see results. Im not great at cardio but I am getting much better. Im lasting the whole class and not just the warm up. I totally recommend this.
