Doctor quite good. Most nurses good--one terrible, refusing prescription refill for completion of non-requested lab. Radiology outsources billing to firm in India with some US workers. Primary insurance handled correctly-statement received with strange insurance coding entries. I filed it expecting secondary insurance claim. However, outsourced firm supposedly received error. Radiology billing never called (even though I was to be). The $11+ balance went to a collections agency and I received a notice!!!! I telephoned McHenry Radiology and they told me to ignore it (WRONG-it MUST be replied to in order to avoid further activity, even if incorrect). They wanted me to follow up (what???) to check on the status-no offer to call me. The secondary insurance did receive the claim and paid. Main billing office will be closed soon-also to be OUTSOURCED. Centegra has no patient advocate services. I tried finding somebody who cares—none.
