I have been going to Stones Jewelry for 25 years and the quality of the product and the customer service is 5 stars. They are celebrating 100 years of business this year and because of how they treat their customers they will be in business another 100 years at least. Some businesses have "owners" who are not engaged...well...that is not true with Stones. The owner (Dave) seems to be ever present...and clearly he hires and trains his team well. His prices are always competitive and the level of knowledge and service provided by Frank and his staff are exceptional. I find that the issue of trust is critical when making the purchase of a fine watch or jewelry. Frank has demonstrated to me over time that he knows his products and stands behind anything that he carries in his store.
