This dealer sold me a Certified Pre-owned 2008 vehicle and it was not actually certified. Audi of America will not authorize the certification and they say they cannot do anything for me. I have owned 5 Audi's since the year 2000 and I bought three of them from Laurel Audi. Nice way to treat your loyal customers.
