First time I came my baby was 5 days old.We spent 2 hours before we were released. It took only 15min for a doctor to actually see the baby.The rest of the time we were just waiting. Front desk staff aren't that friendly either.There's one woman in particular who admits patients but also did some shots for my baby once.When I tried to make a comment on the waiting time, this lady told me that I should be thankful medicaid pays my bills!!!She was very rude andkept arguing with me.Totally unacceptable!So expect to spend good couple of hours in the office before you'll be released.It usually takes about 30-40min to be admitted to the room, another 10 till nurse comes, she'll spend 5-10min with you, then another 10-15min till you see the doctor.Doctors spend fair amount of time with you answering your questions, so no problem there.Then you'll wait another 10-15min if your kid needs a shot.That's why I'm looking for another doctor. ...read more
